We pull your items, stock, locations and client data, clean them up and load them into Tovis. We run every migration as a dry run first and reconcile it against your source system, so your numbers add up before anything goes live.

3. Integrations
What Tovis does
We connect your webshops, marketplaces, carriers and ERP, and test each flow: orders in, tracking back, stock in sync. We switch the connectors on in a test environment, so we catch faults before they hit a real order.

4. Testing
What Tovis does
We run your own scenarios through Tovis - receiving, picking, packing, shipping, returns - with your real data and your own people. Whatever deviates, we fix and retest, until the flow does what you expect.

5. Training
What Tovis does
We train your team on the floor and in the office, in their own language and on the scanner they actually use. We give key users extra training, so after go-live you're not dependent on us for day-to-day work.

6. Go-live
What Tovis does
We schedule the switch for a quiet moment and take Tovis live on an agreed runbook, with a fallback plan in case it's needed. On the day itself we're beside your team, so the first orders go out smoothly.

7. Aftercare
What Tovis does
For the first weeks after go-live we watch closely: we monitor the flow, catch the last questions and adjust where needed. After that you keep a fixed point of contact - you're not on your own once the switch is done.
